Private bedrooms

Designed to be a sanctuary, kos suites are composed of private bedrooms and well-furnished common areas. We use locally-sourced furniture so that each kos community is unique and distinct, and responds to its immediate neighborhood.

Full-service amenities

In addition to the basics, like electricity, water, gas, heat and WiFi, we provide laundry in the apartment at no charge.

Property services

We have a local team less than 15 minutes away from each property, who you will get to know and be in direct contact with regarding maintenance requests, so that any issues are resolved promptly.
